Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their product.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
All labels, seals, and tags must remain intact
The item must be in resalable condition
Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare or personal care products cannot be returned.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may be refused for the following:
Opened or used personal care products
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
Items returned without authorization or proof of purchase
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item
A description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items: DermFriday will cover return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
6. How to Initiate a Return
Request: Email us at info@dermfriday.com with your order number and reason for return.
Authorization: After review, we will provide a Return Authorization and return instructions.
Shipping: Securely package the item and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, the standard return process will apply.
