International Fulfillment Information

DermFriday is operated from India and currently serves customers within the United Kingdom.

All orders are processed, fulfilled, and dispatched from India and delivered to eligible UK addresses through international shipping partners and local delivery carriers.

Customer support and order management are handled from India during our stated business hours. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase will be shipped internationally from India.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
  • Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from India.
  • Delivery is available only to valid UK residential and business addresses.
  • We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or locations outside the United Kingdom.

2. Order Processing

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time)

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information.

7. Delivery Issues

Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Damaged Packages

If visible damage is present upon delivery, please refuse the package where possible and notify us promptly.

If damage is discovered after delivery:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Provide photographs of the package and affected product(s).
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, DermFriday may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Address Changes & Order Modifications

Customers should carefully review shipping information before placing an order.

  • Shipping address changes may only be possible before dispatch.
  • Order modifications or cancellations may not be possible once processing has begun.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

DermFriday is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from:

If a shipment is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
