We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
All orders are fulfilled from India.
2. Order Processing
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day

7. Delivery Issues
Delayed Orders: Contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window
Damaged Parcels: Refuse delivery if visible damage occurs. If damage is discovered after acceptance, contact us within 48 hours with clear photo evidence
Lost Packages: If confirmed lost by the carrier, customers may request a replacement or refund

Changes to shipping addresses or order details can only be made before dispatch
Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible
