This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through DermFriday.

1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their product.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All labels, seals, and tags must be intact. (Note: Opened skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons).

  • Proof of purchase (Order Number) is required.

3. Return Shipping Costs (Transparency)

  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: DermFriday will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

  1. Request: Email us at info@dermfriday.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Authorization: Once reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the return address.

  3. Shipping: Securely package the item and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
