3. Payments & Pricing

Q7: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal. All payments are processed securely via SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways.

Q8: In which currency are payments processed?
A: All payments are processed in British Pounds (GBP – £). International bank fees or currency conversion charges may apply and are charged by your bank, not DermFriday.

Q9: Are prices inclusive of taxes?
A: Yes, prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Any additional fees will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping

Q10: Which countries do you ship to?
A: Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. International shipping will be available in the future.

Q11: What shipping options are available?

  • Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days – £24.99 per product

  • Express Shipping: 5–8 business days – £29.99 per product

A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM (IST) are processed the next business day.

  • Defective or incorrect items: DermFriday covers return shipping

Q17: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

Q18: Can I exchange products?
A: Yes, exchanges are accepted for unused items in original packaging. Contact customer support to arrange an exchange.
